RUBBISH PILES UP AS BINS NOT LIFTED FOR FIVE WEEKS BECAUSE OF SNOW AND ICE!

Thousands of homeowners have been left with mounting piles of rubbish because councils have refused to empty bins for five weeks due to the weather.

It's a GOOD THING that the HUN didn't win the last war as I don't think some PEOPLE IN THIS COUNTRY could have suffered CONCENTRATION CAMPS or MASS EXTERMINATION if they can't face A WEE BIT OF SNOW AND THE RUBBISH PILING UP!

Still two consolations, the RUBBISH WON'T BE SMELLING AT THESE TEMPERATURES and it'll KEEP IT NICE AND FRESH FOR THE TRAMPS!

That is very sickening, I hope they pick it up soon. They do that out here too. Always some excuse with the lazy gov't workers.
I like the last part...keeping it fresh for the tramps...ha ha.

Hi Bunny. Welcome to my blog. Yes the reason they say they can't lift it is because it is too dangerous with the snow we have abnormally been getting. The old EU gone mad, with Health and Safety. We would have been better joining you guys. Visit again please.

Brings back happy memories of the Winter Of Discontent. Took a prospective girlfriend for a night out in the West End (London) only to find Leicester Square looking like a rubbish dump. It didn't work out.

Banned, good job, she was a dog anyway. If you'd married her, you might not have become the well rounded crabbit bastard you are today!

I see we are away to spend millions in Haiti. As soon as I heard the news of the earthquake I thought " shit that'll cost us"
We can't look after our elderly and leave them to freeze to death every winter. We can't cope with a bit of snow and every time it snows we have closed roads, airports, schools etc. But if India or Pakistan or wherever want a bit of cash then we're a bottomless pit of money.
Douglas Alexander on Sky News summed up the state of play.
"We're going to send 100 firemen and associated lifting equipment to Haiti as soon as Gatwick reopens ( closed due to a bit of snow - global warmists at the met office declared another mild winter so we've stopped buying snow clearing equipment )

Boaby, the same thing struck me. Good old rich Britain where the pensioners live in luxury can afford to spend millions in foriegn aid. But then I remembered it is Haiti. I have holidayed in The Dominican Republic quite a few times and of course they share the island of Hispanola with Haiti. It is a fucking desperately poor country. I mean D.R. is bad enough but at least they've got the tourist trade but tales you hear over there about Haiti are horrific. Mind you an old bitch from Haiti put a death spell on me once over there because I wouldn't buy anything from her on the beach and I know it sounds stupid but it fair ruined my mood that day. Anyway for once, Haiti is an ex French terriority, so let's see what the frogs come up with.
