IS THIS NOT THE JOB CREATION WE NEED?

A man jailed for dealing in cannabis resin worth almost £1m has had £64,000 seized under proceeds of crime laws.
Colin Wilson, from Glasgow, was jailed for five years and seven months in October after he admitted being concerned in the supply of cannabis.

Now is this not the type of person we need in a modern Scotland?  Someone who provides a service to people with a need?   Why confiscate money from an entrepreneúr.  Should we not be encouraging this type of person with a new way to make money, perhaps legally.  Maybe selling dodgy double glazing, solar energy or working for an energy company, door to door?  Or would a call centre, McDonalds or washing dishes in an Indian restaurant be more suitable?

Makes you want to be an Indian or a Brazilian.
