Kofi Annan praises Scotland's potential
Too right Bother Annan! You're even named after a place in Scotland. Perhaps one of your ancestors got shagged by a Scotsman and the name stuck in the family?Scotland can play a leading role in ending poverty and tackling climate change, according to former United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan. He said Scotland was "a country with a great history in science, technology, research, economics and in business".

Budvers, I was actually thinking of Annan in Dumfriesshire, but you may be right!
DL, Good for Kofi Annan. I hear he's got a cousin with a similar name. Cocoa Gretna Green.
