HOW MUCH BENEFIT FRAUD DO THESE FUCKWITS THINK THERE IS?

Iain Duncan Smith has received a boost from David Cameron in his battle to persuade the Treasury to support his planned overhaul of the welfare system.
David Cameron, singled out Iain Duncan Smith, the Work and Pensions secretary, for praise, describing benefit fraud as a "luxury we can no longer afford".
Mr Duncan Smith has been reported to be threatening to quit if his welfare reforms are not accepted by George Osborne, the Chancellor of the Exchequer.  Welfare and tax credit fraud and error costs the UK £5.2billion, Mr Cameron said. Fucking bollocks, said D.L.

The Tories seem to have the impression that everyone who is on benefits, is screwing the system.  That is so far away from the truth, that it's just ridiculous and I have some experience in this field.  Incapacity benefit is marginally better than unemployment benefit.  Anyone on DISABILITY LIVING ALLOWANCE, needs it.  They have to go through a minefield to get it, including Doctor's visits, Doctors I might add who are wholly looking at ways to disallow it or at the very least give such a bad report that the claimant doesn't get it.  I have seen medical questionnaires that are a complete misrepresentation of the situation.
I am willing to agree that there is some fiddling of INCAPACITY BENEFIT, but if the Treasury thinks they are going to save £5.2Billion, they are living in CLOUD CUCKOO LAND!   BTW, Iain Duncan Smith.  Is one Christian name not enough for that twat?  Another fucking Jock!

Interesting that about the doctors they employ isn't it? Friend of mine - ex-serviceman of 13 years service- worked all his life - had a few bad breaks that all came together and gave up - took himself to the brink of death with a two-year bender. Liver busted brain damaged now in a way that means he has to walk with support and can only take tiny steps when he does. So, with great difficulty in moving, dark purple spots on his face, totally emaciated, he finally went to our disability services as a last resort.

Doctor pronounced him fit. He had to go to CAB, then tribunal after tribunal to get that decision reversed.

Now, leaving aside any issue of whether he 'brought it on himself' look just at the doctor.

You might have thought these people had an ethical duty to care which surpassed any other obligation such as, say, to instructions from their current employer about keeping costs down.

Seems not eh?

Never anything from the Tories about gaining £100 Billion by clamping down on the tax fiddlers mind you - then again they will be Tory tax-fiddlers so they don't count.

Bugger, I know. I was just trying to wind up our southern cousins. A Jap, I might have known. Slanty eyed, yellow bastards that like to crash planes.

Rab and fill them with scum from East Ayrshire!

James, I could tell you horror stories by the hundred. These 'Doctors' have often 5-6 appointments per day for which they get paid £45 plus expenses. They don't get paid for travelling time so they give each claimant as little time as possible. They are the same people who work for the DHS saying whether people are fit to be working.

I will be making a statement to the house on this matter at 15.30pm.

Now Now Gordon!

You know fine well that is when you will be wearing your nice new straight jacket, getting your medicine and then back to your nice wee comfy padded cell.

DL,

While in London coming up for about 4 years ago, I had an operation on my shoulder. However before the doctor's decided I needed surgery they tried physio.

Of course my shoulder was f*cked. I was doing stage crew and had to stop as it got to the point where I couldn't lift my arm any more than about 30 degrees.

I signed on and applied for disability benefit. I went to the doctor's testing unit just off Baker street (it was like an office with loads of doctors) and I was tested to see if I was able to work.

Even though I told the doctor that I would be getting surgery within the month, the benefits team came to the conclusion that I COULD work (although I just couldn't move my left arm) and I could use my right arm to pick up a telephone doing market research/call centre work.

Conclusion is I agree 100% with your analysis on benefit fraud. It's a bl**dy impossibility to get it as my case proves. My arm got that bad I could only lift it directly outwards by about 20 degrees.

There is obviously some ulterior motive behind this bill by Ian Duncan Smith, especially after the article I wrote here

Gordy, What house is this you are talking about. You haven't been out of your house in Kircaldy since the election. Have you finally lost it?

Harbingers, the system to get in particluar DLA is fucking impossible. The system is set against anyone getting it. As someone said earlier they don't do anything about taxloopholes that are costing us millions and Nobility that don't pay their taxes in this country but make our laws.

It's true not everyone is on the fiddle, but there a hell of a lot who are.
More importantly, it is the system itself that is wrong. It's too complex. My daughter gets attendance allowance for her son and you would not believe the forms she has to fill in. She's a bright girl, and even she can't tell what she's entitiled too or not.

DL,

Regarding comment moderation, have a read where it states 'Please Read' below the 'About Me' section on my blog (Top left). It should explain why it's on.

Sooner we have independence, sooner we can sack these untrained, non-medical employees of this fascist/nazi/communist Westminster cabal.

DL who would be stupid enough to buy Browns book never mind paying the numpty £150 to sign it.

Oops! according to the Herald Labour is in the lead for the Scottish parliament elections - it seems there will be plenty of numpties in Scotland who would!

DL the system was set up for a very small clique, like most things NHS included the mob are allowed in to give it cover, who get their extended family to sign the paper work, do the assessments and give it a nod and a wink and it is done. Fuck face there knows all this. I see them every day here in the smoke. They scream into view in the big Mercs, park in the disability bay or post the I've got no legs sign on the dashboard whilst parked on a double yellow, sprint into the deli and pick up fine wines and sweet meats, then thunder off again to a soiree in a cloud of V8.

I'll bet you a pound to a penny that when fucknuts there is finished threatening to resign and his savings do not turn up there will be millions of the unconnected crawling over the pavements but the guys in the V8 will still be living the life or Reilly.

On us.

I have decided to employ the bounty hunters Mr Wayne and Mr Eastwood to round up all the fraudsters and bring them to justice. They will be dancing a jig on the end of a rope instead of in a disco with their fake arthritis claims.

My new book on how I saved the world banking system will be released shortly. I will be using Mr Darks blog to serialise it like I did with my first tome 'Courage '.

Greekers , the whole sustem mis far too comlex and as a result the people who need the help, who are often not the brightest knives in the drawer get fuck all, while the profesional form fillers get away with, if not murder, then at least more than they often deserve.

Harbingers, I'll have a look if I get time. I lead a very busy life you know, I don't always have time to go back to blogs to see if my comment has passed Goebel's moderation. Life is too short. Sometimes mate, you have to take chances. Live dangerously.

Dark Lochnagar said...

Simon, Welcome to the blog mate, can I presume you are salt and sugar free? It's much better on here, where you can develop an argument with more than 140 fucking characters. Independence, will be better I believe for Scotland because it should bring the politicos nearer to the people like in Iceland, thereby meaning that we will have more control over the corrupt bastards and a smaller society will be able to deal with them hopefully more effectively.

Dark Lochnagar said...

Billy, Scotland is full of numpties, I suppose it's our punishment for living next to some arseholes, although not all, for so long! I don't know how to get Scotland out of this mindset. I was at a SNP meeting for the first time since I was 13, so sadly today makes that 43 years. I was surprised at how much opposition there was to the EU, although there was also support. But it's something that I was encouraged by and gives me some hope that in a smaller country we will be able to influence our politicians more and if I have to do that from inside a party, that disgusts me with their socialist stance although I support the main plank of their policy, ie independence, then I will have to do so.

INCMING!!!! Sadly what you say is true. I know how difficult it is to get a parking permit as my MIL uses a wheelchair and as you say the cunts and that's not a word I use often, are sprinting out of their cars into Tescos or wherever. It's time these stores started to check these bastards, but I forgot they are all part of the system. Well, I'm getting pissed off. Next time I see a cunt parked in a disabled bay without a permit, his windscreen is getting caved in. The fightback has started!

DL,

Just for you here you go (why moderation is on):

Dear all, Please do not be alarmed at Comment Moderation. I will always allow a comment but I have put it on for the simple reason that it allows me to see when someone's replied to one of my articles so that I am then able to reply back to them.

I am a 100% advocate of free speech and believe that everyone should have their say and every viewpoint should be fairly discussed regardless of disagreement of subject matter. Show respect and respect will be given (or certainly should).

Again, comment moderation has only been switched on so that I can reply to people who leave replies on older posts.

I don't go through every old post in order to see if anyone's replied. It's got f*ck all to do with Goebbels, Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin or any other fascist on this planet. It's all about politeness to people. I could quite happily turn it off and not reply to people, but I'd find that rude, considering they've taken the time to make the effort to read and reply to what I have to say.

Some people always get the wrong end of the stick DL.

Harbingers, FFS lighten up. I read it. I just didn't think it was worthwhile commenting on a situation occuring in Dundee the home of DC Thomson where moderation was enabled. Fuck me, Dennis the Menace will have kicked Gnasher in the Gonads. I get a e-mail on my phone and in my inbox when someone comments, can you not get the same? I'm sure your technical skills are better than mine, ie Non-existent! I'm sorry that I've ran a post along the same lines as you but that survey got me going. My posts are getting longer all the time, so you must be having some influence, Teacher. You have cetainly got a train of thought going. I've decided if I can't beat them, then I have to work from the inside. So today, my Birthday at 56, I am going to launch a political career. I should have done it long ago. I think I'll start off in the SNP, because independence is my prime political objective and I'll take it from there.

DL,

I'll look into it.
Happy Birthday.
Good luck in your political career.
