MI5 failed to alert America to intelligence highlighting the extremist links of the Detroit plane bomber because of concerns about breaching his human rights and privacy.
The spy agency withheld its files on Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab from Washington until after the near-catastrophic Christmas Day attack because of guidance from its legal department. MI5 has privately conceded that as early as 2006 its surveillance operations had picked up “multiple communications” between the 23-year-old Nigerian student and suspected terrorists in Britain.
Can you imagine the furore if it had been the other way about. Worse still if the bastard had succeeded in blowing the plane up. HUMAN RIGHTS? These fuck-wits aren't HUMAN and therefore don't have rights!

Sorry mate ,but I think YOU have just fallen for the false flag!
This was an "inside job". Perfectly timed for a new front on Yeman for TWAT (The War Against Terror).
FYI
Dad, back in Nigeria, ran the national arms industry (DICON) in partnership with Israel, in particular, the Mossad. He was in daily contact with them. They run everything in Nigeria, from arms production to counter-terrorism. Though Islamic, Muttalab was a close associate of Israel. He has been misrepresented. His “banking” is a cover.

Next, what do we know about the two Al Qaeda leaders Bush had released, the ones who planned this?
According to ABC news, the Al Qaeda leaders running the insurgency in Yemen were released from Guantanamo, although two of the highest ranking known terrorists there, without trial.
Guantanamo prisoner #333, Muhamad Attik al-Harbi, and prisoner #372, Said Ali Shari, were sent to Saudi Arabia on Nov. 9, 2007, according to the Defense Department log of detainees who were released from American custody. Both of the former Guantanamo detainees are described as military commanders and appear on a January, 2009 video along with the man described as the top leader of al Qaeda in Yemen, Abu Basir Naser al-Wahishi, formerly Osama bin Laden’s personal secretary.
With all the hoopla about trials in New York, not a word is said when top level terrorists are released to Saudi friends of the Bush family who let them go.We are now fighting these two Bush friends in Yemen. They are running a major insurgency there. We have been using Cruise missiles and our jets to attack their bases in the last weeks
BBC Middle East
The government of Yemen, as reported in the BBC , says that the Al Qaeda terrorists, led by those released by Bush, are really Israeli agents though they have organized attacks against US targets: Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh has said the security forces have arrested a group of alleged Islamist militants linked to Israeli intelligence.

I AGREE IF this person went along with the plot ,he deserves everything he gets. BUT I think they used a mentally disabled person to carry this out. Therefore ITS HIS HANDLERS WE NEED TO CATCH!!!
They are probably sitting in a government office right now, planning another false flag operation to effect public opinion!
Cuthulan, I would agree with the info that you have supplied it would look as if it was an 'inside' job. I suspected it was all along, as this war on terror shite is all part of the NWO, IMO. Your comment is very interesting as it is always nice to get some incisive inside knowledge and I hope some of the other guys cotton on to it.
The comments above confirm what I've suspected for some time now. The average UK citizen has lost his fucking mind.
Lincoln, nice to hear from you again. Where have you been hiding? Would you care to expand your comment somewhat? I think Cuthulin was quoting from an American site.
Lincoln, I think you are too trusting of your Government and in particular the CIA. Why did they charge him and let him bring in a Lawer when he was 'singing like a bird'. I believe they could have questioned him under some military jusisdiction to find out about the others he reckoned were being trained in the Yemen. What sort of weather have you got there at this time of year? It must have been a real wordsmith that invented the word Mississippi. Is it an 'native American' word, (I'm aware you can't say Injun anymore) or was it coined by settlers. p.s. how's your coon dog doing?
DL, I do not trust my gov't but I do trust the Constitution. It's my opinion, that Mutall...whatever his heathen name is, was allowed a lawyer because he is going to be tried in a civilian court. Many conservatives have a problem with this - I do not. When these terrorists are found guilty (he will probably plead guilty and not even be tried), they will be sent to an American prison - a Living Hell on Earth, at which point they will long for the good old days at Gitmo.
I'm going to resist the urge to say "UTFSE" and try to be polite. Mississippi is a Chippewa word (native Americans that lived up around the Great Lakes region) that means roughly "big river". Indian names are common in Mississippi especially for rivers and creeks - ex. in Mississippi we have the Tchoutacabouffa and Pascagoula, Bogue Chitto among many others. We're having the coldest winter since 1989 - my birdbath out back has been frozen now for 3 days - very unusual for us. Nevertheless the camellias are in full bloom.
Coondog? No, they are fine dogs but I don't like dogs that bark all night for no fucking reason. My Dobermann "Thor" died in 2005 and I'm still mourning. He was an American "Warlock" Dobermann with cropped ears and tail and a severe case of ADHD. He kept the coyotes and other riff-raff off the property. How kind of you to ask. How about you? Do your balls get cold this time of year when you wear your kilt?
Linkers, do they still have those chain gangs breaking rocks in a quarry like you see in the 30s films? If so the boy WILL be sorry.
Bogue Chitto, what a fine name that is for a river. I think I would like it in Mississippi. I feel that I could have an allegance with the Injuns. The old ones that is, not the ones who own Casinos and get pissed, (drinking). Sorry about your dog. I know how attached you can get to them. I've had a couple of Alsatians, (German Shepherds) and they were the best. I would get another one but I would have trouble exercising it properly so it is unfair. I'll just need to stick to my two cats now. We're having a really cold winter for us with snow for the last 3 weeks. The usual nutters are out giving it the " I told you global warming was shite" speeches. Personally I'm indifferent one way or another as I won't be here and my line ends with me.
Aye, the cold tends to stick your balls to your arse under the Kilt, but you have the delight of thawing them out over a large peat fire as your wife makes your supper. The smell sometimes puts her off but that's the way it goes. I farted last week and nearly burnt the house down but I've got good insurance. Nice to speak to you again. Don't you be a stranger!
The Indians - that's a whole 'nother conversation. Talk about a group of people that have been royally screwed, that's one for the record books. They have a few casinos here in Mississippi that my friends enjoy. I try to steer clear of addictive vices due to my addictive personality. I think you would like it in Mississippi. The people here are friendly if not a little opinionated - much like yourself. The southwestern part of the state just above Louisiana is where I live about 20 miles from the Homochitto National Forest. It's a huge pine, beech, and Magnolia forest riddled with creeks and artesian streams. It's one of our best kept secrets - don't tell anyone. You can google earth it if your interested. I go there often in search of endangered plants and/or rare ornamentals (sort of a 21st century Joseph Banks - in my dreams). Anyway, I digress.
Oh, and no chain gangs anymore. Solitary confinement has taken their place (and it's much worse). An 8 X 10 room with no windows. Mutall...whatever...is a rich kid and has, so far, lived a cushy life. He has no idea what he's in for - believe me - no idea - nor do the inmates at Gitmo. 3 or 4 years in an American prison and they'll be truly insane. I don't have the literary skills to adequately describe how bad it's going to be for them. Anyway, thanks for listening. I like your blog and your spin on things - it's not only informative, it's therapeutic.
Oh, and surprise, Megrahi is still alive.
