SOME MORE CHABLIS WITH YOUR MUTTON PIE, HECTOR?
A diet to keep heart disease at bay has been designed by doctors.
The Dishes on the Dash diet includes smoked salmon salad, pumpkin pie and a sweetcorn and red pepper frittata. It could cut your chances of suffering a heart attack or other cardiac problems by almost a fifth, say researchers.
Smoked Salmon, pumpkin pie and fucking frittata? Who are these fuckwits? Are we paying for them to sit in some kitchen somewhere, probably sponsored by fucking Tescos and make up recipes for a diet, that at it's best, will only be followed by 300 fuckers in Notting Hill. My father died from a heart attack at 68, but I would like to think that even knowing that, he would have told my mother to stick her frittata up her arse!
A little more CREESH with your deep fried mars bar, anyone?
