CLIMATE CHANGE TAXES ARE COMING, BUT DOES IT MATTER? THE OIL IS RUNNING OUT!

Thousands of British businesses will be liable for significant fines and charges under a new government “green tax” scheme.   Those that do participate in the Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) initiative by declaring their energy use will face charges for every ton of greenhouse gas they produce.  Tim Yeo, says more radical steps are needed to tackle climate change. These payments are expected to average £38,000 a year for medium-sized firms, and could reach £100,000 for larger organisations.

Do they honestly, think that China, India or any other large country in the non-European world is going to bother with climate change.  Don't be fucking stupid.  I can see the point that we've, or more correctly the US have made all the pollution, well some of it, already. But, two wrongs don't make a right.  So why handicap your companies by another tax.  Simple, the politicians don't have enough money yet and once more, we, as they laughingly call us the electorate, are conned one more time.   It makes fuck all difference, because we'll run out of oil before the climate has had the chance to change.  here.  That's what the politicians should be addressing, if they can take their hands out of other peoples' pockets long enough.  Want a bet that some Government Minister is taken on at credit giant, EXPERIAN in two or three years, when Cameron and the coalition have no further use for them!

Nice article DL,

Some poignant points made.
Quite simple to see that everyone else in the world tells authority to f*ck off, but the British are still playing Marquess of Queensberry rules standing up against someone with a Chaingun. Yes isn't that spirit just brilliant?
Politician to politician:

Politician 1: "Not enough money to buy that property and vineyards yet in the South of France. I'm needing another 2 mill."
Politician 2: "Don't worry, let's hike up the taxes, completely against Common Law, but the public morons will quite happy consent to our corporate law, because we've microwaved their brains with celebrity."

It kind of works this way in that people should unite and say NO. But people won't, because they're spines never developed while in their mummy's womb.

Strangely, it seems all the blogs that are hitting the right chord with me at the moment appear to be Scottish. Maybe I just think there is no hope for England any more? I'd come up there meself, but I couldn't stick the weather!

My wife says she doesn't give a toss about climate change because she will be dead before she ever sees it happen! I just think it's bollocks.

If you have been to China as I have, you'd realise there is no chance of anything realistic happening within the next generation or two. Their industry is cheap and dirty - but we keep using it, don't we?

That fool Huhne, our climate change minister, is building 2,500 useless windmills while the rest of the world couldn't give a flying fuck about climate change.
The fool Huhne is a multi millionaire with 7 homes yet his expenses included claims for hob nob biscuits. Troughing twat even lets us pay for his biscuits.
Oh and he dumped his wife for his assistant ( a former rugmuncher by the way - for your gay following).

Diolcese - do tell me what's wrong with the weather here? Fair enough it's been a bit dreich the past couple of days but much more preferable to the over-stuffiness of the south east where fresh air doesn't exist (unless you live by the seaside and have a breezy day).

Habingers, I thank you for your kind words. Yes, it's time we stood up. I keep on hearing about this Pakistani flood fund not being enough and the UK has given £9m. That fucking President of theirs is loaded, a multi billionaire and the floods are in his region. Not only is he not going but he could save them i n 2 minutes with a £1billion and not even miss it. The people funding it are mugs.

Greekers, personally I would put it down to a superior education system and intellect! I was thinking of coming down there, I can't stand this fucking weather any more. China and India have absolutely no climate change concerns. Why should they? Their leaders want the countries built up as soon as possible, so they can enrich themselves and if a few thousand drown, WTF there are plenty more.

Rosie, you live next door to the driest place in Scotland, Arbroath, believe it or not. If not, look it up. Come to Ayrshire, it rains, it blows a gale even when it's not raining. I live beside the most fog free airport in the UK, Prestwick. Could that be because of the wind?

No probs DL.

I did write a reply to your post on Islamic immigration by the way, it was up long enough for someone to send me an email about it, before it disappeared. I know you had nothing to do with the disappearance being a liberty loving fella that you are, but I did find it odd. The same thing happened on Ranty's blog also. For some reason, Google's changed its policy on links on replies now. How very odd. It wasn't because of length either. I tend to know how much it allows before you have to split your reply up.

Anyhooooos.....

Of course the Pakistan ('tempted by the way' loved that in your last post) PM sh*ts money he's that wealthy, but you're still not catching on DL. The continued loaning of money here and there by the politicians is because they're all in the same "Almost done f*cking up the UK for good" club. All of them (and I mean all) are NWO shills, seeking a one world government and banking system. Every see you next Tuesday is connected to someone here and there and belonging to the same Nazi/Communist collectivist belief system of total control over everyone's lies.

I saw that you're going into politics. Good luck. Many people told me to also, but at 39 I've got a lot of years left (well 30 at least) and I don't want that cut short drastically because I tried to change the system from within.

You'll find Ranty's article on the death of Christopher Story interesting. You'll also find the fact that it was Christopher Story who whistle blew the story that King Juan Carlos of Spain was responsible in the abduction of Maddy McGann. He has much to say on King Juan and the Knights of Malta. Christopher Story was an incredibly intelligent, just and honest man. A true truth seeker if ever there was and the belief is now that he went the same way as Kelly. Yes, our superiors have no shame in devolving into the dictators of Russia, Germany and Italy our ancestors gave their lives for.

Bottom line DL, you're getting into a big game joining politics. You'll have a hard time remaining just and honest. That is if you want to see 65. Paranoid? No, far from it. Just 100% realistic and someone who's exceptionally good at joining up the dots our media certainly won't ever will.

P.S.

I changed my moderation to email. I did look at that before but I thought that you could only allow notification from regulars as I misunderstood what it said. Silly me... And yes, I do have more knowledge on this stuff that you as you said, but I had a f*ck up moment unfortunately.

Happy belated birthday you old fart. LOL

Harbingers, When I say I'm going into politics, I am maybe being a bit disingenuous but I have been a member of the SNP for a couple of years because I believe in Independence although almost all the other SNP policies, I disagree with. I went to a meeting last Sunday and I found one thing that political parties are good at is spotting prospects who may go further up the greasy pole. So we'll see. I had a similiar experience with another party, 35 years ago and I probably should have done something then, but my other circumstances dictated otherwise. However the truth must be told and most local members of parties can't see the wood for the trees and are tied up with petty shit. It is more of an amusement for me if the truth be told.

Harbingers, BTW we don't do asterix on this blog. If you want to say fuck, then say it, if you don't want to swear use another word. We're all adults.

Well...

I use an asterix because I'm being polite (I know contradiction with the use of expletives)...

As for climbing up the greasy pole, well that's the problem. It's a case of towing the party line isn't it?

Your best bet is starting your own political party or running as an independent for your local constituency. If there were lots of independents then the main stream political parties would get the message that no one likes them and they can FUCK off (Is that better?)

The whole thing's FUBAR.

Harbingers, a greasy pole eh? I don't want to sound homophobic, but can it be a female pole as I'm proud to be Hetero. (Sorry Gay following).
