THIEVES STEAL £3,000 BRICK AND REPLACE IT WITH A 40P ONE! (PICTURE)

A £3,000 brick on show at an art exhibition has been stolen - and replaced with a 40p version.

Artist Gavin Turk's 'Revolting Brick' work was taken from its plinth at an exhibition in Peckham, south east London.  It was replaced with a blackened brick emblazoned with the words: 'Thank You Have A Nice Day, Next.'


PECKHAM?  Sounds like it could be the work of Del Boy and Rodney Trotter!  Seriously though.  HOW THE FUCK can a brick with some twats signature on it , be worth £3,000?   And bankers getting £1 million bonuses.  Is it just me or is THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH OUR SOCIETY?
