Baroness Thatcher's portrait was being unveiled at a private reception hosted by the Prime Minister and will go on permanent display in the stateroom's lobby on the first floor of Downing Street. Lady Thatcher is believed to be the first living politician to have her portrait hung in the official residence of the Prime Minister.
I hope the portrait is a view from the back, so BROWN CAN LICK HER CRUSTY, OLD ARSEHOLE WHEN HE WALKS PAST.

Government had some honour when she was leader. At least Lord Carrington resigned after the Falklands catastrophe ( when she failed to defend the islands properly leading to the loss of thousands in their recovery).
I didn't like her cover up of Lockerbie though. Or when she sold off all of our utilities leaving us now in the situation where our essential utilities are owned by foreigners.
Oh and of course the decimation of the mines. Leaving us to buy coal from abroad to keep the power stations going.
Casters, At least as you say, people resigned in those days if they fucked up. Nobody in this shower of shite ever takes any responsibility. Even when they do resign like The Lord of the Ring, they get brought back and given even better jobs with more power and money!
