A nursery worker who filmed himself raping a three-year-old pupil has had his minimum sentence slashed by Britain’s top judge on appeal.
Paul Anthony Wilson, 21, could now be released after just 13-and-a-half years, in a move intended to encourage paedophiles to admit to their crimes.
Wilson, of Nechells, Birmingham, admitted two counts of rape and 16 counts of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, 25 counts of making indecent images of children and three of distributing such images.
But the Lord Chief Justice reduced his minimum sentence on appeal, to enable more straightforward convictions and spare young rape victims - and jurors - the ordeal of a contested trial.THEY SHOULD HAVE TAKEN HIM OUT AND STRUNG HIM UP BY HIS BALLS UNTIL DEAD OR HIS BALLS DROPPED OFF, THEN SHOT HIM!
