RAF ORDER SQUADRON OF FIGHTER ZEPPELINS AS CUTS START TO BITE

The RAF is to order a squadron of the new Messerschmitt fighter zeppelins to replace a squadron of 'Tornado' fighters as the Treasury cuts start to bite.

The new fighter zeppelins carry significantly more cannon than the Tornado and have the ability to sneak up on their targets silently, a compelling advantage unless of course they are coming out of the sun which makes them obvious to the naked eye, as the sun is blotted out.  They are powered by the new Wankel 500cc diesel engine, which has been passed by the German Green Party as being low in emissions and therefore protects the environment.
As well as the armament mounted under the main carriage, there is also the advantage of snipers being able to shoot out of the windows at any enemy on the ground. There has been some disquiet however from the Vatican, as His Holiness the Pope thinks that the new Zeppelins look very similar to condoms and may turn Catholics in any countries that the airship passes over, into sinners.  The fear is that if hordes of people go to confession, the Priests won't have time for smoking, drinking and molesting weans.  Enough to make you secular!

THE POPE'S AID IS RIGHT-HEATHROW IS LIKE A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY!

A cardinal due to travel to the UK with the Pope has pulled out just days after claiming Britain was like a "third world country".   German-born Cardinal Walter Kasper, 77, was to make the trip as part of the Pope's entourage.  Vatican officials have reportedly attributed the change of plans to ill health.
Asked about the protests expected to greet the Pope's visit, he remarked on Britain's multi-cultural inhabitants, telling the magazine that someone landing at Heathrow may think they were in a "third world country" as there was such a variety of feces there.

It's strange that it takes a foreigner and a German at that, to tell us the truth about the last 13 years' immigration policy.  London is a cesspit.  I have had many people commenting on here about how they feel like a stranger in their own capital city.  If he thinks Heathrow is bad, he should fly into Birmingham.  Why is it that when an Asian flies away on holiday or for an extended stay in the country of their or their parents birth, the whole fucking family has to turn out to see them off?  En-masse, the Pakistanis must be the rudest people in the world.  Can anyone tell me why at our International airports, we have to have special toilets for Muslims, so they can squirt some water up their arse, after they have had a crap?
So, in my opinion, the Cardinal is right and it's time something was done about the levels of immigration in this country as most of the immigrants from Asia have no intention of adopting our culture and just form cliques across the country where the use of Sharia Law is prevalent.  Mind you we seem to have gone from a Totalitarian centre right Government to a fuck-knows-what-we-are-or-what-we-believe-in-centre-right-Government!

SHOULD RELIGIONS DICTATE THE LAWS OF OUR COUNTRY?

The Pope will warn Britain of the dangers of pursuing equality at the expense of Christians' religious freedom during his visit this week.  He is expected to highlight the importance of allowing Christians to follow their beliefs without fear of censure, in a speech to political and religious leaders.
His message will be seen as a criticism of the last government's introduction of equality laws which have resulted in Christians losing their job or facing disciplinary action for wearing a crucifix at work or sharing their religious views.  The Pope – making the first visit to Britain by a pontiff for 28 years – will make it clear he believes that Christians and people of other faiths should not lose their freedom at the expense of a secular state's emphasis on equality.  The speech on civil society is also likely to reflect on controversies over different attitudes to homosexuality and abortion.

Although I am not a religious person, I would agree with many of the Catholic Church's ideas.  I also would agree with some of the Muslim Religions ideas as well.  But as a citizen of Britain, whose law should you follow?  Some Muslims say that we should introduce Sharia law, but in my opinion although we are not yet a Muslim country, although in some areas you wouldn't know, that's a non-starter.  The Catholic Church and  the Church of England are similar in many ways, but the Church of Scotland is very different to both as it adheres more to it's Calvinist beginnings and the Pope would do well to remember that when he talks about Christians!  So do we follow different laws and guidelines in different parts of the UK, depending which Church is dominant?  Or do we just follow the law of the country, blindly and without recourse to our conscience and beliefs?  Jewish people can always move to Israel if they don't like the laws of the UK and Muslims could move to an Islamic country.  But, where would a Christian go? 

It just shows you how much our culture has been altered over the last hundred years or so, by immigration.

LABOUR GOVERNMENT BACKS DOWN AFTER POPE'S INTERVENTION

THE government will not push through proposals that churches argue would restrict their ability to deny jobs to gay people and transsexuals, equality minister Harriet Harman confirmed yesterday.

Her remarks came days after Pope Benedict XVI warned that the Equality Bill ran contrary to "natural law" and restricted the freedom of religious communities.


I'm sorry but I don't think this is right.  It's not for the POPE to intervene in UK LEGISLATION.  He is not a British citizen and therefore has no right to comment on British law.  If however his representative in England and Wales,  Archbishop Nichols of Westminster wants to comment then as Head of the Catholic Church and a British Citizen, he has a legitimate right to do so.


There is also a question over who is going to pay the £20m, yes TWENTY MILLION POUNDS, for the impending visit of the Pope.  The Catholic Church probably has as much money if not more than Britain.  I don't see why my taxes should go to pay for his visit to our country.
I remember being in Rome Airport a few years ago and it was like a cattle market, (talk about Heathrow Phew!), and the thing that struck me was that all the NUNS WERE FLYING BUSINESS CLASS.  None of you HUMILITY there then! 

JIM MURPHY MEETS POPE BENEDICT XV1

Scottish Secretary Jim Murphy, a prominent Catholic, yesterday
met Pope Benedict XVI, in St Peter's Square.

"I couldn't quite hear what he was saying", Mr Murphy said.
"He was standing up on a balcony and there was quite a big crowd and they were very noisy. A few hours later however one of the Nuns who were there passed me a message from his Holiness to all his flock in Scotland.
