What utter nonsense. We know that these projects always, always run over budget and are late. So we will be lucky to get it by 2025. It's projected to get to Scotland and the north of England by 2050. Bollox. It'll never arrive and it will be like the Channel Tunnel, the M25 and the Olympics as major projects that favour the south of England above everyone else.
