ALEX Salmond has given the strongest indication yet that the Lockerbie bomber is to be released from prison, by insisting the decision would not be swayed by a show of strength from the United States.

Aye, ye have a point but what if he's innocent and it's a fit up?
It would be another miscarriage of justice, I reckon he's the elephant in the room and other forces are at work here which we may or may not arrive at....

CD, I agree and normally I would be lenient in such cases, but he had his appeal and even if it wasn't him, he had something to do with it. It's like hanging the Nazis after the war, they said "it was fuck all to do with me, Hitler told me to do it!" The upside would have been that we wouldn't now be having this shit. Because Kenny is dammed either way.
