The Socialist politician who is on course to become President of France will introduce a top tax rate of 75 per cent, it was confirmed today.Francois Hollande, who has already declared himself an ‘enemy of financiers’, said he was deliberately targeting the radical policy at millionaire bankers.
The plan is that those on very high salaries and bonuses, bankers footballers, entertainers and the like should pay 75% when the earn over 1,000,000 Euros. Now while I don't want to stifle entrepreneurship , (what would the French know about that), I think it's only fair that people earning fantastically large sums should pay more. Look at that twat, Bono. Now I know he's Irish, but he's worth fucking fortunes which he hides in offshore accounts as do many who are British like (Sir) Phillip Green who hides his money in his wife's name in Monaco. If these pricks want to live here and take advantage of protection from the (British) state, then they should pay their taxes fairly. So I say, 'vive le republic' and off with their heads!

How about the governments spend less, issue their own debt free currency then there will be no need for an income tax to pay interest on money borrowed from the privately owned Bank of England?
Fair share of somebody elses debt - no thanks? Avoiding tax does not mean the poor or the NHS or schools or whatever the slaves think is so important will not go without.
Obo, welcome to the blog. Absolutely no argument there from me. If you have read any of this shite previously, you will know that I am totally against the Zionist control of the world's money system
" these pricks want to live here and take advantage of protection from the (British) state".
That'll be you back from sunny Hispania , then , DL .
75% (or even 50%)taxation is confiscatory . It explicitly outlaws wealth and endeavour .
I would have a larger tax exemption at the bottom end and a higher flat rate tax for the rest (30% perhaps ?).
All the evidence suggests that tax revenues would increase .
Only Marxist totalitarianism can justify a system which does not seek to maximise revenue , but instead seeks to penalise success .
PS Glad you're endorsing the British state . It can be quite good when it's run right .
Oli, I'm sorry to disappoint you but my 3.5 month sojourn to the sun is not yet over although I only have 4 weeks to go. I don't think that over £1,000,000 is too low a limit for a 75% tax rate. Many footballers for instance have their tax paid by their clubs. Obviously not in the case of Rangers, of course, who just don't pay it at all. Nice wee house in Ibrox anyone?
OK , DL . You've convinced me .
100% tax for that prick Whyte .
Not for anyone else , though .
Oli, what about Fernando Torres?
Troughing buggers lol
Libya seems to have turned out well for the elites..
