I'm all for extremists, well apart from the Scottish Labour Party, as what we have at the moment is a huge glob of gooey crap whose policies are much of a muchness.  Let's rip it up and start again!

WHAT A STRANGE SOCIETY WE LIVE IN-WHY DO WE PUT UP WITH IT?

 

What a strange country we live in.  A couple of weeks ago we had courts sitting 24 hours a day to convict daft kids who took part in or received proceeds of the riots.  In many case ridiculous sentences were handed down by wizened, old fuckers who are still living, in their own minds in the 70s.  One, as you will recall, was for a guy who nicked 4 bottles of water from a looted shop as he walked home from his girl's and he got 4 years, despite the fact his record was clean.

On the other hand, our rulers, the politicians, have just signed a deal with Switzerland to get tax back from those with secret Swiss bank accounts.  Fucking good thing, I hear you shout.  I agreed, until I looked into it a bit closer.  The Treasury and the political Establishment in this country have the ability to make a pound of tripe, seem like the finest fillet steak.  The Swiss have agreed to tax these accounts and the Treasury have said that they expect to get back £5billion.  Firstly, there is no chance of that amount coming back here and well they know it.  Secondly, why should these tax evaders be taxed less in Switzerland than people who bank in this country and thirdly, why are they being allowed to keep their  anonymity? 

Let me tell you the answer to those questions.  The EU are or more correctly, were, in the process of making Switzerland tell all EU states, who had accounts, how much was in them and when they were opened.  This deal with Britain scuppers that agreement and it can no longer go ahead and individual countries will now have to make their own arrangements.  So the British Establishment which is jailing people for 4 years for stealing some water is allowing the rich and mostly the mega-rich, to evade taxes and hide their identities.

Why?  Two reasons.  They want to protect their own offshore banking in the Channel Islands and in other far flung outposts of the British Commonwealth, where our banking masters headed by the Rothschilds, (with Nat Rothschild being a pal of Mandelson's and Osborne's, at least they holiday on his yacht), have interests and secondly because simply it is the politicians who have been bought and paid for by the Banksters doing their masters' bidding.

Scottish Tories and LibDums have protested at the Scottish Government's proposal to teach Scottish history in Scottish schools.   The Scottish Conservatives' education spokeswoman, Liz Smith, insists that Scottish history is already 'adequately taught' in schools and has voiced fears about the 'pseudo-nationalist undertones' of the new subject while the Libdums insist that Scottish history is adequately taught.

  I have 'O' levels and Highers in History from my school times in the 60/70s.  However, I was only taught English history at school in Ayrshire.  I am an expert on the Tudors, but any knowledge I have of Scottish history, I have taught myself.  Is anyone else the same?

It is thought that some of the scum are reading books without paying to take them out of the library.  "The photcopier has been heard running almost constantly", said head librarian Constance Higginbottom.  The most popular tome appears to 'The History of the Tudors, What I Wrote', by the now discredited historian Dr. David Starkey, who last week offended liberal sensibilities by offering up the notion that last week's riots might have been due to the mass immigration of the last 20 years, particularly from Jamaica!

There are even suggestions tonight, that books by the celebrated authoress Jordan and the famous quick witted, 'man-about-town',  Piers Morgan have been trashed and used as toilet paper by some of the defecating rioters or arsenests, as they have become known.

The Mayor of London, Mr Boris Johnson, is known to be inside the premises.  It is not known if he is being held as a hostage, or whether he's trying to get his, 'Nat King Cole' from some of the younger, female protesters.

The looting, thievery and lawlessness that Cameron so condemns is but the reflection at the street level of British society of what is taking place on a much greater scale at the upper echelons of government and the economy.

Despite the appearance of pinstripe suits and well-groomed accents, we can, if we are honest, see decades of looting and thievery of economic and financial resources by corporate elites aided and abetted by Labour and Conservative governments. The taxpayer bailout of corrupt banks initiated by Labour PM Gordon Brown and now overseen by Cameron, paid for in large part by austerity in public spending cuts, is but the latest manifestation of official robbing of the majority to swell the already outrageous wealth of the ruling elite class.

Cameron and his gang of plumby-accented thugs are gunning for $150 billion in public spending cuts to pay for the criminal enterprise known as British banking. This is racketeering that a street gang in London’s east end can only marvel at... and indeed, in a very real way, only emulate.

The Chancellor will throw down the gauntlet to the trade unions and other pressure groups by vowing to abolish regulations holding back business.  He will tear up some planning rules to give developers a presumption that they can build and try to get rid of workplace legislation that makes it too expensive to create new jobs.

His growth plan will also include new tax breaks for businesses and support for changes to the welfare system to make work pay and get people off state handouts".

 In other words he is going to get rid of workers' rights, pay and conditions by allowing big business to screw them.  Yes, I mean you!

The roots of these appalling events are many and tangled, but for the moment let’s just focus on one: the way Britain’s educational establishment has cringed helplessly in the face of a gang culture that rejects every tenet of liberal society. It’s violent, it’s sexist, it’s homophobic and it’s racist. But it is broadly tolerated by many people in the black community, which has lost control of its teenage youths. Those youths scare the wits out of teachers and social workers – and some police officers, too. The threat of physical violence is ever present in many schools, and one can hardly blame individual teachers for recoiling from it. But we should and must blame those schools and education authorities that have made extra space for gang culture in children’s lives because they believe it is an authentic expression of Afro-Caribbean and Asian identity. We are seeing a lot of black faces on our screens tonight; it’s a shame that the spotlight can’t also fall on those white multiculturalists who made this outrage possible.

STOOSHIE IN THE SNP OVER HOMOSEXUAL MARRIAGE

Seems there is a wee bit of a stooshie in the SNP over homosexual marriage.

A SNP MEP, Alyn Smith, who I presume is gay, is demanding equal rights for all homosexuals whether they be men, women or in betweenies, to marry in the church.  John Mason MSP, fears that if homosexual marriage is approved in principle then if a church or religious body objects, they could be sued.  Examine his following statement:

"That the Parliament notes... that while some in society approve of same-sex sexual relationships, others do not agree with them; desires that Scotland should be a pluralistic society where all minorities can live together in peace and mutual tolerance; believes that free speech is a fundamental right and that even when there is disagreement with another person's views, that person has the right to express these views, and considers that no person or organisation should be forced to be involved in or to approve of same-sex marriages."

Now maybe it's me, but that sounds to be an eminently sensible approach.  I think that minorities should have the same rights as others, however I don't think they should have the right to ram their lifestyle, down the majority's throat.  If I don't agree with what they propose, then I should be able to say so.  If I'm not keen on mass immigration into the UK, or more importantly Scotland, (although why anyone would want to come here with the shite weather we get is beyond me), I should have the right to say so, because that's my opinion.  If that makes me a racist, by some peoples' reckoning then, I'm a racist, but so are about 60% of the other people in the country.  If I don't believe in religion and that makes me a secularist, then that's what I am.  If I think the manager of a football team looks like a narky fucker, then that's my opinion, (and he does BTW).  I don't think that has anything to do with the Police.

You see, when I was born in the fifties, you were brought up to be an independent thinker, (or an opinionated bastard), not to be part of a mass of sheeple, all baying like lost lambs, because someone called them black or a poof.  Whatever happened to,

SO WHY THE FUCK IS THE PRICE OF GAS GOING UP THEN?

I was perusing a BBC news page there, as is my want, about the dangers of shale gas,  that it might introduce dangerous chemicals into drinking water, when I came across this paragraph.

Why are the advantages of shale gas?

It boosts overall worldwide gas supplies and can help to reduce market cost. Shale is not anticipated to supply a large proportion of Britain's gas needs, but it is contributing to a worldwide flow of gas that has halved gas prices in the US domestic market, and led to a glut in world markets. It's estimated to have offered gas security to the US and Canada for about 100 years, and has presented an opportunity to generate electricity at half the CO2 emissions of coal. Exploration companies are also claiming there is a potential £70bn of reserves in rocks deep under south Wales.

If there's a GLUT of gas on the open market, why are all the fuckers putting their energy prices up by 11-18% and why aren't these useless, corporate arse licking, wankers, that we have elected doing something about it, as if I don't fucking know.

TOO MANY IMMIGRANTS IN THE UK?

Seven in 10 Britons believe there are too many immigrants in the country, an Ipsos Mori poll showed.

Three in four agreed that immigration has placed too much pressure on public services while three in five agreed that it had made it harder for Britons to get jobs.

Just one in four thought immigration had been good for the economy, the survey of 1,000 people showed.

I don't think there has been too much immigration into the UK, I think it's been the wrong immigrants.

Let me explain what I mean.  Immigrants from the third world, i.e. outside of  Europe, have very little compunction to integrate and adopt the host culture of the UK.  Many are black and whilst this shouldn't make a difference, most of the population of the UK is not.  Many are devoutly Muslim, which is different to the 'Christian' religion of this country.  Their experiences and customs are different to ours.  What tends to happen therefore is that they end up in enclaves all over the country.  Places like Bradford and Blackburn are testimony to that.  In Glasgow, the poorer Asian immigrants congregate around the Allison Street area, until they earn serious money and then they move out to the 'South-Side'.

Left-wingers will tell me, they bring employment.  Er, no!  They tend to employ other Asians who are married off to various family members.  I have experience of some elderly women who have been here for 40 years and can speak no more than six words of English.  

The other argument we hear is that there has been immigration into Scotland for a thousand years.  Well, yes, but from Europe, where the people tend to have a similar culture to us.  Where have you been in Europe that feels distinctly different from the UK, apart from the obvious differences like language.  There is a current case before the courts of a woman who is being barred from bringing her husband over from India, because he comes from a small village, (a cousin) and can't speak English.  She says the ruling is against her human rights.  Well, IMO, it's against our human rights to let her husband in, if he doesn't want to integrate in this country.  She could always go over and join him in India!

As some of you know, I am hoping to emigrate to Spain at some point, (thanks anonymous, it will be good riddance).  Now I don't know whether or not it will work out.  But, I do know one thing it won't be because I'm not willing to integrate into Spanish society.  I'm brushing up my Spanish which I learnt some years ago and fully expect to take part in Spanish traditions, like fiestas.  I don't agree totally with bull fighting, but that's got fuck all to do with me, as is the case with the Roman Catholic religion which I fundamentally disagree with because I don't like any religion.  But, religion is in many ways the thing that makes Spain such an attractive country, so my lips will be sealed!

AMERICA IS NO LONGER A DEMOCRACY-READ WHY!

If there is one thing that the office of President Barack Obama demonstrates it is that democracy does not exist in the United States. This may seem a rather outlandish statement. For many people, the fact that the 44th president is the first black man to preside over the White House – with its American colonial-style architecture – is a tribute to the triumph of US democracy.

But many other more telling facts indicate that Obama is but a figurehead of an unelected government in the US. This unelected power of corporate elites – commercial, financial, military – governs with the same core policies regardless of who is sitting in the White House. Whether these policies are on social, economic or foreign matters, the elected president must obey the direction ordained by the unelected elite. WAIT TILL YOU HEAR THIS ONE-DOCTOR SAYS STUDENTS SHOULD SELL THEIR KIDNEYS!

Hard-up students should be allowed to pay off their debts by selling a kidney, an academic has argued.

Sue Rabbitt Roff, a researcher at Dundee University, said it was time to "explore" kidney donors being paid as an "incentive".

Dr Roff believes the payment should be set at about £28,000 - equivalent to the UK average annual income.

Maybe, this fucking nutjob would also like to explore the notion of sending skinny weans up chimneys to clean them.  Whoever gave this woman a doctorate should be taken out and shot and it should be rescinded immediately.  Mind you, her surname is highly suspicious, so maybe nothing should surprise us.

LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT FOREIGN EXCHANGE-THE EXPERTS TALK SHITE!

 

As some of you may be aware, through a bit of bad and good luck, we have purchased a property in the Costa Calida in Spain, near Mazarron, (available to rent shortly at keen prices)!

Now that is not the point of this post, but as we have a really good 'rent to buy deal', I have 18 months to move the money across to Spain to complete the purchase.  Some of you won't, I am sure, be aware of the fact that if you do it through your bank, the fuckers, will screw you on the exchange rate, so it is better to use dedicated foreign exchange companies.

As you would expect, I have, ploughed the Internet, taken a plethora of info in, about how the exchange rates will work.  It makes a big difference to me because it could make a difference of around £20k in the purchase price, depending what the Euro is doing.  In such times of flux, one is looking for a bit of good info.

I've come to the conclusion, however, that they don't know what the fuck they are talking about!  Since I was in Spain in May, the Euro has fluctuated between 1.12-1.14, fuck all of a difference, yet I am bombarded daily, (by my own insistence granted), with all this info about the pound being influenced by unemployment figures, inflation, factory output, consumer confidence, etc, etc.  All of which it seems to me, means fuck all!  You would be better sticking a pin in a bit of paper.

I remember meeting my Brother-in-law in the City of London, just after the crash and seeing brokers, pissed up to their eyeballs at lunchtime and thinking to myself, "fuck me, it's no wonder there was a crash"!

BTW, WHY DID THIS FAT PIZZA FACED CROOK GET OUT IN A 1/4 OF SENTENCE?

 

This thieving bastard, Jim Devine, who was sentenced to 16 months in Jail has got out after 4, because he has consented to being tagged.

They should have hanged the cunt, to teach the rest a lesson!

Tonight as we await the outcome of the U.S. debt crisis talks, we are witnessing the death of a great nation.

Regardless of the outcome and the debt level will be raised, America is failing for 3 reasons.

1. Military spending is running out of control
2. The high income earners are not paying their fair share of the tax burden
3. The political system is more corrupt than in many of the States that the West feels they have to interfere in, because big business and in particular our friends in Wall Street, own the politicians, because of the amount of political funding they contribute.  Contributions by the Banksters to the Democrats, are currently running at twice the amount going to the Republicans, to encourage Obama to make the 'right decision' with regard to the debt mountain.

The 'wrangling' of American politicians in Congress over the U.S. debt ceiling is 'fake', none of the proponents have any intention of fixing the real problems in American society.  Banksters want debt, that's how they do business.  No debt, no profit.  Even if they cut some military spending round the edges the deficit will continue to grow.  Meanwhile the bulk of the American people will be the hardest hit and while they grow poorer, their elected representatives and their Banker masters will continue to grow richer.  

China will continue to rise while America continues to fall.

  It's just sad to see, that's all.
