DRACONIAN POLICE POWERS OVER THE NET ARE COMING!
The police are seeking powers to shut down websites deemed to be engaged in "criminal" activity.
The Serious and Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) has tabled a plan for Nominet, which oversees .uk web addresses, to be given the domain closing power. Nominet said the idea was only a proposal and invited people to join the debate on the form of the final policy.
IT lawyers said the proposal would be "worrying" if it led to websites going offline without judicial oversight.
"It's not policy at this stage," said Eleanor Bradley, director of operations at Nominet.
So you thought by voting Tory, you would get 'smaller Government', less Government interference, less EU control and more freedom to live your life as you wanted? Well, now you know.

ENERGY COMPANIES TO BE INVESTIGATED BY TOOTHLESS OFGEM
Greedy energy giants are to be investigated after revelations of a 38 per cent rise in profit margins on the back of soaring bills.
Industry regulator Ofgem is to investigate Britain’s ‘big six’ energy companies – many foreign-owned – amid allegations of profiteering on a massive scale.
The average profit margin per customer has leapt from £65 to £90 since September, taking it to the highest level in five years.

ARE STATE OWNED BANKS GOING TO BE ALLOWED TO SCREW THEIR CUSTOMERS?
First-time buyers face a huge rise in the cost of their mortgages at Britain’s biggest lender.
Halifax has revealed plans to raise its loan rates from January for all new borrowers.
In a further blow, the lender – part of Lloyds, which is 41 per cent owned by the taxpayer – is also scrapping a promise that its standard variable rate deal will never be more than three percentage points above the Bank of England’s base rate.
This clears the way for the bank, which would have collapsed without a taxpayer bailout, to charge as much as it likes for its mortgage deals.
Yesterday, experts warned that other lenders are likely to follow the controversial move, which comes as millions face acute financial pressure.
Sorry? I thought we owned these fucking banks? Why then are the coalition allowing them to screw their customers with rates way above what they need to make a profit? Why are credit cards at 29% and above in some cases? Why can't we have a state owned bank which only deals in mortgages and small companies finance? If these banking bastards, want to get back to their risky investments, which the Tories will believe me allow, why should any more tax payers' money be involved?

TALIBAN FIGHTERS WORK FOR 9 MONTHS OF THE YEAR IN LONDON AS MINI-CAB DRIVERS!
British-based men of Afghan origin are spending months at a time in Afghanistan fighting Nato forces before returning to the UK. They also send money to the Taliban.
A Taliban fighter in Dhani-Ghorri in northern Afghanistan last month told the Guardian, he lived most of the time in east London, but came to Afghanistan for three months of the year for combat.
"I work as a minicab driver," said the man, who has the rank of a mid-level Taliban commander. "I make good money there [in the UK], you know. But these people are my friends and my family and it's my duty to come to fight the jihad with them."
They're working as FUCKING MINI-CAB DRIVERS! What is wrong with this country? Are we so riddled with immigrants, we can't weed out Taliban fighters. Our troops are dying in that shithole for a gas pipeline and they're fighting insurgents with Birmingham accents. One even had an Aston Villa tattoo! Unbelievable!

NATO PAID SUBSTANTIAL SUM OF MONEY TO A GROCER WHO THEY THOUGHT WAS A TALIBAN LEADER!
Nato chiefs in Afghanistan have been severely embarrassed by a GROCER who fooled them into thinking he was a Taliban commander during secret peace negotiations.
Astonishingly, the ruse went on for two months, during which time the ‘contact’ was paid a substantial sum of money.
He was also flown on a British military plane to three meetings designed to end the insurrection.
Despite suspicions about his identity, nobody disputed his claim to be Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Mansour, one of the Taliban’s most senior leaders.
It was only months later – and after the handover of piles of cash to keep him coming back – that an old friend of Mr Mansour said they had the wrong man.
The impostor has not been seen since the alarm was raised, (no I fucking bet he hasn't)!
American officials have already given up hope that he was Mr Mansour, or even a member of the Taliban at all.
They now believe he was nothing more than a grocer from the Pakistani city of Quetta.
WTF are we doing there? The Americans have lost billions of dollars, that even accountants can't find, mind you that doesn't surprise me, most accountants couldn't find the hole in their arse. The whole place seems to be awash with money. We've gone in there with absolutely no forward planning and are now trying to buy our way out.
It would have been easier to pay the Taliban the money they wanted for the gas pipeline to cross Afghanistan in the first place, (Google gas pipeline and Afghanistan, for interesting results). But, of course, that didn't suit our friends the bankers, because where there is strife, they can turn a dollar. You've got to admire their money making skills.

They said that although they are very pleased for the Royal couple, Prince William and Kate should have realised that their book launch telling the “truth” about Madeleine’s abduction was due for release on 28th April the day before the wedding. Gerry is quoted to have said ” we find it deeply hurtful and unhelpful that Buckingham Palace didn’t consult with us about the wedding date as we have already announced our book release date first”. Insiders close to Gerry and Kate said that they believe Clarence Mitchell will be consulting with Buckingham palace in the next few hours to see if the Royals can change their wedding date, If the wedding goes ahead on 29th April as planned it could seriously harm the search for Madeleine as people will be too caught up with the royal wedding instead of reading the McCann’s book, not to mention they loss of revenue in book sales as people will be more interested in buying royal memorabilia. Clarence Mitchell will be in talks with palace officials to see what can be done, as they have in the past delayed film releases and soap story lines. The McCann’s always come first and it is hoped that Prince William and Kate will realise this and do the decent thing.
SHOULD BROWN AND MORE PARTICULARLY DARLING NOT BE PROSECUTED?
Britain is in danger of being sucked into yet more multi-billion-pound EU rescue packages as the Irish bailout threatens to spiral out of control.
Under the terms of a deal signed by Alistair Darling after Labour lost the May election, the UK can be required to offer guarantees to other EU countries until 2013.
So if the chaos continues to spread through Europe, we could have to bankroll other ‘basket-case’ economies such as Portugal and even Spain.
It seems this agreement was signed just a few days AFTER the election, when things were still unclear and I remember it at the time. Now I firmly believe that the signing of this agreement was at the behest of the bankers, the Illuminati, and Darling was given no option. Now Cameron and Osborne will know that, because they are best pals with the Rothschilds after the Yacht incident with Mandelson. They are, IMO, the power behind many countries and ours is no different. They own all the preference 'A' shares in the Bank of England and run the Fed in the US. Look up the Rothschilds and research their history, don't take my word for it.
Anyway, Brown and Darling as the two principals have committed this country to £billions of pounds to prop up the Euro and the ailing European economies through this agreement. Osborne says his hands are tied. But, should we not be dragging Brown and at the very least Darling through the British Courts charged with at the best negligence and at the worst downright treason in committing us to these payments.
If a company director, whose company was going bust, made decisions like this about his company, the Revenue and Customs would demand at the very least that any losses were paid back through personal assets and that, they be struck off as a company director for at least 10 years. So why do these fuckers, get away with it and keep their MPs jobs?

Remember, Ian Tomlinson? Some poor bastard, walking home after work, having had a couple of pints.
